About the Remote Benefits Specialist Position:
As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate their benefits and ensuring they have the coverage they need. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to excel in your role. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Client Support: Provide expert guidance to clients regarding their benefits, including life, accident, and supplemental health products, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns via phone, email, or virtual meetings.

  • Benefits Administration: Assist clients with enrollment, claims, and policy updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.

  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, improve client satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Suggested Qualifications:

  • Experience in benefits administration, insurance, or a related field.
